If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds within the guidelines below. For some products we offer 1 Month warranty and if product stop working within 1 month then we can offer replacement or repair depending upon product condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return, please WhatsApp us at +923090933000 (text or voice message only) or email us at sales@nexcomfort.com. Our team is available during working hours, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Note: If item is damaged/burnt then return or exchange is not possible.
Ship your return to: Plot 2, Main Jinnah Park, Harbanspura, Lahore, Pakistan.
Policy Highlights
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe arrival of your package. If you want us to arrange replacement then you need to pay 300Rs
Inspection: Always inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory.
Packaging: Pack returns securely in a carton or bubble wrap. Do not tape or write on the original packaging.
Important Guidelines
Proof of Opening: Record a video while unboxing your parcel. This video is mandatory for any claims related to damages, shortages, or incorrect items. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Processing Time: Once received at our fulfillment center, your return will be inspected within 2 business days. Refunds may take an additional 4 business days to process.
Refund Details: Refunds will be issued after deducting delivery charges (usually PKR 300-500). Please share your Bank Account or Easypaisa details for processing.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, including damaged goods, burned items and sale items
